PLEASE NOTE: Polar Aspect established our Online Model Arctic Council (OMAC) programme in 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdowns. Our aim was to provide youth with an opportunity to gather together to learn about the Arctic, to socialise with one another, and to engage in model diplomacy about some of the most important issues facing the world today. With the Covid-19 pandemic having receded, we have now placed OMAC on pause.
At the same time, all of our in-person Polar Aspect MAC conferences for schools and universities have resumed. We encourage interested pupils, students, teachers or faculty to contact us for further information, and to subscribe to our news and updates.
If registration is not yet open for your preferred OMAC conference or delegate training round, then please feel free to contact us in order to stay informed about upcoming OMAC conferences and delegate training rounds, as well as other Polar Aspect educational opportunities .
